In 1979, after his conversion, he fellowshipped at Galilee Gospel Hall and later pursued Theological Studies at Midland Bible Institute and in 1983, he gained his diploma in Theology. After serving as Dean and lecturer at Midland, in 1987 he enrolled at Carver Bible College in Atlanta, Georgia where he completed the Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies. In 1994, he obtained the Master of Arts in Caribbean Ministries from the Caribbean School of Theology.
At his local assembly, he exercised his gift of pastoring, teaching and counseling. These ministries — though initially rendered at Galilee Gospel Hall – were later appreciated by saints from other assemblies and communities all over the island. In 1988, he and his wife were commended as full time workers. He has been later used of the Lord as a speaker for conferences, seminars and youth camps. In 2013, he served as Managing Director of Back to the Bible Ministries and in June 2013, he assumed the position of Principal of Midland Bible Institute.
Donahue and his wife Barbara have been blessed with two sons, Danehue and Dwaynehue. Their sincere desire is obedience to God’s Word and to be used by Him.
